Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy | growbygupta

We want your green babies to travel safely without unnecessary stress. Here is how our shipping works:

• Processing Time: Orders are carefully harvested, watered, and packed in heavy-duty ventilated corrugated boxes within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

• Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery across India takes approximately 3 to 6 working days, depending on your delivery pin code and courier routing. We do not support rush express delivery, as rushing live plants through rough handling leads to avoidable transit damage.

• Shipping Charges: We offer Free Express Delivery on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies at checkout.

• Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive real-time courier tracking updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. If you experience any transit delays, reach out to us at support@growbygupta.com.
